Saturday 9 MAY 2026 at the Geko Village Via dei Tigli, 1 San Benedetto del Tronto it will be possible to register, obtain a valid competitive membership card for the year 2026, a competitive medical certificate issued by the sports doctor for the cycling discipline and a signed privacy authorization form (downloadable here)

PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATIONS WILL BE OPEN ONLINE FROM OCTOBER 20, 2025 UNTIL MAY 8, 2026 AT 12:00 PM And IN THECO Saturday 9th May from 2.30pm to 7.30pm and Sunday 10th May from 6.30am to 7.30am at the meeting point. Please note that choosing this registration method means starting from the last grid, and delivery of the race pack cannot be guaranteed.

• For non-members, uploading to email is mandatory registrations@kronoservice.com of the specific competitive sports certificate for the cycling discipline with validity no earlier than the date of the event;
• Registration requests will not be accepted from athletes who have been sanctioned for doping by the sports and/or ordinary justice systems (UNLESS NATIONAL REGULATION AMENDMENTS) or those currently disqualified. The organization reserves the right to cancel incomplete registrations;
  
• To register ONLINE on the website www.kronoservice.com You will need to log in with your username or, if you are a new user, register and fill out all the required fields. Once you have completed the registration process, you will need to attach and send the document via email to the following address: registrations@kronoservice.com or by fax to 3906392.93.29.74, a copy of the bank transfer, a photocopy of the sports membership card from the organization you belong to valid for 2025, and a photocopy of the medical certificate valid before March 30, 2025. It will not be necessary to send any registration form if payment is made via PayPal or credit card.

Registration for GFSBT 2025 will close once 1,500 participants have been reached.


For organizational reasons, incomplete registration applications will not be considered, nor will they include at least one contact telephone number, a photocopy of the membership card from the organization to which they belong, valid for 2025, and a photocopy of the medical certificate valid prior to March 30, 2025.


Please note that for technical reasons, once the event has started, it will no longer be possible to modify the information provided at registration (personal details, category, team, year of birth, etc.), so participants are encouraged to review it when picking up their bibs. Incomplete information may result in exclusion from the finish order (for example, missing a year of birth will result in a category being assigned and therefore not being included in the corresponding finish order).


When collecting your race pack, you must show a valid membership card. In the event of any accident involving members of other organizations or the FCI, if the expiry date of the medical examination is not highlighted on the membership card, liability rests with them and their organization. Therefore, no liability can be attributed to the organizing company or those responsible for checks. In any case, physical or material damage cannot be attributed to our organization.
